so i am not sure when it stopped, but i no longer use the term “dude” very often. now it is usually when i want to get a point across to someone. or like when i am actually upset.

i used to say it all the time.

just like i used to use the word douchebag all the time.

now they sorta mean the same thing, just used differently.
